The Self Discovery Organization (SDO) Conference 2026 is a transformational gathering designed to help young people and emerging leaders move from untapped potential to meaningful influence in their generation.
With the theme “From Potential to Influence: Becoming Relevant in Your Generation,” the conference is focused on helping participants discover who they are, develop their gifts, and position themselves to make impact in leadership, career, business, governance, media, creativity, and nation-building.
The conference recognizes that many people carry great potential but struggle with direction, visibility, confidence, mentorship, or the right opportunities.
